What is the cost of shipping?
Every order shipped free with no minimum purchase required.
Expedited shipping methods are unavailable at this time.
How long does shipping take?
Order processing times are separate from shipping times displayed at checkout
Order Processing 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays)
Estimated Delivery 3 to 7 business days (by the United States Postal Service)
After you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please be mindful of potential shipping delays due to postal service problems or circumstances outside of our control.
Which shipping zones are supported?
We offer domestic shipping anywhere within the United States.
International shipping services are currently unavailable.
Questions about order status?
Tracking Information When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Damaged Order In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please Email Us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Missing Order If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please Email Us with your name and order number, and we will look into it.
How long is the return policy?
Our return policy lasts 14 days.
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
What are the return requirements?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
What if the return doesn't qualify?
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Who pays for return shipping costs?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Should returns have tracking?
If you are shipping an order over $10, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
How to request a refund?
You must initiate a return shipment of your order. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. In the event that your refund request does not meet the criteria for a full refund, you may receive a partial refund.
When to expect a refund?
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
